In 2005 Plaxton wanted to re-enter the single decker bus market, and Capoco Design undertook the task of designing the exterior and the front of interior, including the drivers cab area and front wheelboxes.

furnace were involved with various aspects of the project:

    • concept sketching (interior and exterior)
    • working with chosen concept sketches to develop 3d surfaces for production
    • vehicle package layouts
    • tooling data for various grp components
    • on-site liaison during prototype development
