in 2005 Ed Barber and Jay Osgerby won the competition to design a new chair for the recently restored De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill, and Established & Sons agreed to put the chair into full scale production.
Working closely with BarberOsgerby, we undetook the 3D modelling and mechanical development of the whole chair, including the tooling data for the die cast aluinium frame and pressed aluminim seat panels.
Full detailed drawings were created for the various parts - machinings, injection moulded components, casting and bent tubular arms.
