Most washbasins are a compromise; too high for smaller children to reach safely, yet too low to be properly comfortable to taller adults.  Wheelchair users also have to be content with washbasins that may not be at the right height, as even the height adjustable units on the market have a very limited range of adjustment.

Spring adresses these shortcomings, with a patented height adjustment mechanism that allows the height to nearly double - from 600mm to 1100mm.

To minimise the weight of the unit, and introduce new materials, the basin iteslf is formed from a piece of water repelling, glide-skin neoprene, more normally used for wet suits.
